Loading small material rolls cross folding (overlapping) forming.

1. Automatic counting, bilateral product placement and lineup output;
2. Tool-steel inclined-knife for cutting; vacuum absorption folding method (Roots vacuum pump absorption system);
3. Feed releasing controlled by pneumatic expansion shaft with magnetic powder brake;
4. Steel-rubber roller pair embossing structure that ensures clear patterns;
5. Frequency conversion variable speed motor for speed regulation.
