Small-Size Paper Roll Slitting Machine
Brief Introduction:
It is mainly used to rewind and slit large size single-layer tissue
sheets into single layer, double layer or three-layer tissue rolls
which can be used for making ordinary tissues, dinner napkins,
boxed facial tissues, etc. Famous brand cutting blades, together
with vacuum rim charge absorption and fixed blade loading angle,
ensures the operation stability of this machine. It is ideal for
paper roll slitting in paper mills or paper product fabrication
plants. Additionally, this machine is a new type slitting machine
that we have redesigned through integrating the merits of foreign
slitting machines. Compared with former design, it provides a
higher automation level, easier operation and secured reliability.
Production Process: Loading large-core base tissue roll slitting
rewinding
Configuration:
1. Two rewinding rollers between which tissue sheets are rewound;
fixed trough for output elevation;
2. Driven by frequency conversion variable speed motor;
3. Constant tension control system; photoelectric automatic
deviation correction system;
4. Feed-breakup autostop device, capable of emergency-stop while
maintaining the constant tension level;
5. Pneumatic expansion shafts used for both unwinding and winding
shafts.
6. Pneumatic feed loading and unloading; positioning via pneumatic
expansion shaft;
7. Scissor type slitting structure, suitable for slitting materials
of different characteristics;
8. A blower equipped for rim charge blowing; automatic feed length
counting;
9. Speed variation device for speed regulation of rewinding
operation;
